For metro & tier-I cities an average cost of starting a premium preschool can be approx 8-12 lakhs, inclusive of complete infrastructure setup, building painting, front office setup, marketing budget etc. For Tier-II & rural locations it can be much lower. Uploro package provides complete setup under 5L & the balance money can be spent on the rest of the other things as mentioned above.

Uploro doesn’t charge any kind of Franchise fee / Brand fee / License fee or Royalty. We are a preschool solution company focussed on developing preschool infrastructure across the country, helping our partner schools to adopt the NextGen learning technologies. Every cost mentioned is transparent, there are no hidden charges.

Ideally preschools are set up in densely populated residential pockets, in 3-4 BHK houses, total built up area should be at least 1800+ sq ft, with some open outdoor area, Semi-commercial buildings / large open halls / dedicated spaces in gated communities or apartments are also suitable provided they meet required safety & security standards.

In most of the states in India, state govt mandates to register an educational trust under which a preschool can be run, you can consult with our team for the complete guidance of the process. Pvt Ltd / LLP companies are not suitable for preschools.

Ideally Uploro takes around 30-45 days to set up your preschool from scratch depending on your location.

In Metro & tier-I locations, Uploro partner preschools see an average enrolment rate of 35-40 students in first year, In tier-II & rural locations admissions will be higher than this. Since Uploro has No Royalty & No Franchise Fee format, RoI will be more than 60-70% in year 1 & by year 2 you can expect the profits.

Uploro doesn’t dictate the fee structure to any of its partner schools, we will study your school location & catchment area to help you determine a competitive fee structure in the market.

Uploro follows an in-house developed curriculum which is majorly inspired by Montessori Methodology, Multiple Intelligence theory, Reggio-Emilia Methods, High Scope Curriculum, Fredriche Froebel theory, play-way methodology etc. Uploro curriculum is NEP-2020 & NCF compliant as well.

To begin with, you should have at least 1 parent counselor ( this can be You as well ), 2 teachers & 2 helpers.

Uploro packages don’t cover the Front Office Setup, School Painting, CCTV’s, Desktop / laptop, Printer, Water Purifier, Signages, Printed marketing collaterals like fliers, banners, brochures & School Operational costs.
